Location: Draper, Utah – Onsite

We are hiring a Senior Estimator to support heavy civil infrastructure projects in Draper, Utah. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a focus on roadway, grading, and concrete structure estimating. You’ll work closely with estimators, project managers, and leadership to deliver competitive and accurate bids.
Key Responsibilities:

Review specs, plans, and site conditions

Determine self-perform vs. subcontracted scope

Solicit bids and manage RFQs for subcontractors/suppliers

Build accurate estimates using HCSS (Heavy Bid)

Conduct bid reviews and support final submissions
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

8+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil/highway projects

Strong skills with estimating tools such as HCSS, Bid2Win, AGTEK, OST, Excel

Experience with removals, grading, runways, concrete, and aggregate placement

Excellent attention to detail and collaborative mindset
