Job Title: PLM Program Manager

Responsibilities:
-
Drive and manage execution of PLM program implementation roadmaps and sprint releases.

Define program plans, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed.

Support development of system/process improvement requirements and proposals.
-
Assist with gap assessments between current and desired state of systems/processes.

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders.
-
Lead user acceptance testing, including strategy, script creation, and execution.
-
Manage production support escalations.
-
Apply knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum practices.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementation.
-
Expertise in PLM systems such as Agile PLM, Teamcenter, and environmental compliance modules.

Strong experience with BOM structure, and familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
