Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with strong database development skills to join our client’s team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning, along with a deep understanding of database design and optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and scripts.
Optimize and tune SQL queries for high performance.
Work closely with application developers and business analysts to translate requirements into database solutions.
Perform database troubleshooting, debugging, and data analysis.
Maintain database integrity, security, and availability.
Support production and non-production database environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer.
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases.
Strong experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
Knowledge of data modeling and database architecture.
Experience with UNIX/Linux shell scripting (preferred).
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration concepts.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in financial/banking or telecom domains.
Knowledge of Oracle Apex or other reporting tools.
