1. Role Title: Lead Software Engineer (Onsite) – 1 Position
Location: Nashville, TN Local to TN)
Role Summary:
Technical ownership of product activation, STEP-FOCUS integration workflows, and system-level orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead backend integration between STEP and FOCUS systems
* Guide API design, microservices structure, and config-based automation
* Mentor developers and support rollout of product activation pipelines
* Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure scalable, testable solutions
Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot and REST APIs
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Harness, Jenkins)
* Understanding of STEP MDM structures and POS automation workflows
* Experience with Bitbucket, Workshop CLI (read-only usage), SQL
2. Role Title: Lead Automation Engineer (Onsite) – 1 Position
Location: Nashville, TN Local to TN)
Role Summary:
Own the test automation strategy across STEP, FOCUS, and backend workflows; lead framework selection, CI/CD integration, and regression suite design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define automation coverage and strategy across product activation and POS flows
* Lead the design and implementation of Loadmill-based test frameworks
* Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Harness, Jenkins)
* Ensure post-deployment validations, rollback tests, and environment health checks
* Coordinate with developers, manual testers, and product owners for test planning
Requirements:
* 6–8 years in test automation for backend or integration-heavy systems
* Strong knowledge of Loadmill (or similar), API testing, and SQL validations
* CI/CD integration experience with Jenkins, Harness, or Bitbucket Pipelines
* Strong in stakeholder communication and sprint-based QA planning
* Tools: Loadmill, Postman, SQL, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jira
3. Role Title: Solution Architect (Onsite) – 1 Position
Location: Nashville, TN Local to TN)
Role Summary:
Own technical architecture, integrations, security design, and scalability across STEP, FOCUS, MenuMaster, Workshop, and CI/CD layers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define end-to-end architecture blueprint and system flows
* Evaluate tech stack integration, performance bottlenecks, and deployment risks
* Lead design reviews, data modeling, and integration patterns across systems
* Guide developers, DevOps, and QA on system boundaries and flow governance
* Own documentation of architecture diagrams, NFRs, and resiliency strategy
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience across backend architecture and system integration
* Hands-on with Java/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST APIs
* Experience with CI/CD tooling (Harness, Jenkins), POS automation, and Workshop CLI
* Deep knowledge of MDM tools like STEP and commerce/POS integration strategies
* Tools: Lucidchart/Visio, Bitbucket, Postman, Jira
4. Role Title: Technical Product Owner – Across PODs (Onsite) – 1 Position
Location: Nashville, TN Local to TN)
Role Summary:
Act as the product and process bridge across PODs; translate business goals into backlog features for DevOps, Dev, QA, and tooling teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a technical backlog with deployment automation, versioning, and integration tasks
* Work with cross-functional PODs to align delivery priorities and acceptance criteria
* Collaborate with offshore POs and developers to ensure feature delivery
* Participate in architecture and release discussions with client SMEs
* Guide UAT scenarios and business acceptance flow
Requirements:
* 8–10 years of experience as a PO/BA with strong technical fluency
* Experience in QSR or POS system integration is preferred
* Familiar with STEP, Workshop, CI/CD pipelines (Harness), and deployment tracking
* Strong skills in writing user stories, MVP planning, and dependency management
* Tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SQL, Postman
