Hiring: OTM Solution Architect
Onsite – Minneapolis, MN | Full-time | Relocation Accepted | No C2C

We’re looking for an experienced OTM Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall experience and 10+ years in OTM implementations, including at least one OTM Cloud implementation.
Key Skills & Experience:
Deep expertise in OTM Cloud and on-prem implementations
Strong understanding of transportation/logistics processes
Experience integrating with WMS systems (e.g., HighJump, Oracle WMS Cloud)
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Applications, including procurement
Leadership in project delivery, testing, training, and solution documentation
Strong communication and team management skills
Responsibilities:
Design and configure OTM modules based on industry best practices
Lead solutioning, testing, and training activities
Conduct gap analysis and align business needs with technical solutions
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
Guide onsite/offshore teams with both functional and technical input
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA / BE / B.Tech / MCA
