Job Title: Python Developer – SQL & ETL
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Visa: H4-EAD only

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Developer with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and ETL to work on projects in Corporate IT. The role involves delivering solutions for Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and Operational Controls, collaborating with business and technology teams to design, implement, and support multiple complex initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL tasks and Tidal jobs (Python scripts), including scheduling and dependencies
- Maintain Tidal jobs across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments
- Manage ETL code in subversion repositories following version control processes (Jenkins & Azure DevOps)
- Set up FTP connections for automated data transmission
- Support BA team with data analysis and extraction rules
- Verify and promote job changes to UAT and PROD
- Create and manage ServiceNow tickets for all Tidal & ETL jobs
- Track time and tasks in JIRA
- Streamline data extract processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ IT or process engineering experience
- Strong complex SQL query skills
- Proficient in Python scripting and ETL processes
- Experience with process mapping and improvement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team environment
- Previous exposure to IT solutions for equity compliance regulations (CAT, CAIS, LOPR) is a plus
