We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Lead to manage and execute comprehensive test suites in the Integrated Test Environment (INT) for Medicare business, with a specific focus on Provider Data Management and reimbursements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business, technology, and solution teams to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with business expectations. A strong understanding of healthcare processes, both functional and end-to-end, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables.
- Coordinate with Business SMEs to understand all aspects of business needs in various Medicare domains.
- Collaborate with cross-domain QE teams on capability test plans, scope for releases, dependencies, and timelines.
- Work with Test Data and Test Environment teams to ensure INT environment readiness for testing.
- Support the full testing lifecycle to ensure completion of all phases on time with reviewed and shared artifacts.
- Execute functional, integrated, regression, and end-to-end testing phases.
- Manage test cases and report on execution progress and timelines.
- Participate in defect management: identify, document, and track defects, issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Work with Integrated Solution Test Leads on end-to-end test strategy, execution, and timelines.
- Collaborate proactively with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements for testability, consistency, and completeness.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, and suggest process improvements.
- Drive an automation-first approach for INT testing in collaboration with INT Automation Quality Engineers.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Medicare experience in Provider Management and Claims.
- 8+ years of experience in Technology Quality Engineering.
- Experience with SDLC processes, Agile methodology, and QE practices (Agile certification preferred).
- Hands-on experience using AWS services like S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.
- Strong experience with UI and database testing.
- Proficiency with SQL across popular databases.
- 1+ years of experience with Python.
- Broad knowledge of automated testing and modeling tools.
- Experience with Office 365 suite, Jira, Zephyr, or similar test and project management tools.
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively and manage outsourced/offshore testing arrangements.
