Face to Face Interviews:
If interviews are conducted, candidates that are located outside of the Tallahassee, Florida, area may be interviewed initially via MS Teams.

Mandatory Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Has a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) – Need Copy
A minimum of 13-15+ years of IT work experience.
A minimum of 5 years of or more years managing projects
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Experience with document management, groupware, relational database systems, data warehouse and data mining, Web and systems analysis/development.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect management
Reporting and understanding retesting requirements.
Experience with risk assessments
Providing Customer interface support in fulfillment of Customer requirements
Providing technical and subject matter expertise in fulfillment of Customer requirements, including mitigation error handing
Ensuring quality standards and work performance on tasks related to Customer requirements
Ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects or services
Developing and defining strategic visions for IT Projects
Planning, organizing, and executing tasks in successful delivery of projects or services
Experience supervising IT projects including assigning, planning, organizing, and directing subordinates’ work efforts until completion of task orders
Applying administrative, consultative, and technical expertise in fulfillment of Customer SOWs
Applying a broad set of management skills and technical expertise as a project leader
Preferred Experience and KSAs:
Experience working with State government
Experience with Pcard Works
Experience with change management, including developing communications plan for training, agency engagements, and information sharing with stakeholders.
Training Customer personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops. or seminars
Experience working with PeopleSoft
Knowledge of business processes related to accounting, payroll, or financial management
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Responsibilities
1. Implement the Florida PALM Data Integration Plan and work in conjunction with the Department Contract Manager and Bank of America as described below in section 5.b through 5.e.
2. The Contractor representative must perform the Department’s tasks and activities detailed in the Florida PALM Data Integration Plan.
3. The Contractor representative must be available during Business Hours to meet with the Department and Bank of America.
4. The Contractor representative shall be required to work onsite.
5. The Contractor representative shall coordinate all configuration changes to the PCard Works application user screens, and validate all necessary changes to card holder profiles, default COA values, and custom reports.
6. The Contractor representative shall coordinate communications to external stakeholders. This may include:
a. Written communication;
b. User Manual updates;
c. Workshops; and
d. Training.
