SAP ISU Test Manager
Travel – every other week to PHX
Responsibilities
• Lead the testing efforts for SAP Industry Solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee the manual testing processes for SAP ISU, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide expertise in SAP IS-Utilities Testing, ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly tested.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective test plans.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate system functionality.
• Monitor and report on test progress, identifying any deviations from the plan.
• Ensure all testing activities are documented and comply with industry standards.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any issues identified during testing.
• Ensure the testing environment is set up and maintained for optimal performance.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing status and any potential risks.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Possess strong technical skills in SAP Industry Solutions Testing.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP ISU Manual Testing.
• Have extensive experience in SAP IS-Utilities Testing.
• Show proficiency in Metering Management.
• Exhibit strong knowledge in Pricing Management-Retail.
• Have experience in Billing & Payments Management.
• Demonstrate skills in Customer Relationship Management.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Show ability to lead and mentor a team of testers.
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Show ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
