Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, with focus on ISM and DPR modules.

Integrate ServiceNow with DevOps tools to support CI/CD pipelines.

Design and automate workflows for efficient IT Service Management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Support senior stakeholders with technical guidance and solution recommendations.

Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.

Expertise in DevOps integrations within ServiceNow.

Experience with ISM modules and the DPR (Digital Product Release) module.

Proven track record in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
