Primary Responsibilities:
Track progress and help the team achieve their commitments.
Progress is monitored daily; when problems are identified, work with the team to develop corrective actions.
Manage and report on Solution Architecture KPI and dashboards.
Ensure Solution Architecture team members understand Solution Architecture processes and support the team in following them.
Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the risks.
Job Requirements
Degree – information technology or business or related field
In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Exceptional people skills. Comfortable working with a diverse group of people and serving as arbitrator when conflicts arise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must-Have Requirements:
5 years of experience
Experience in Project Management and/or serving as Scrum Master
Expert level in Jira and ability to generate meaningful and consumable dashboard from Jira data
Expert level in organization of Jira requests to surface actionable data
Expert level in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrate ability in using AI toolkit (Microsoft CoPilot) to facilitate & automate reports
