We are seeking an experienced AMS CAD/Analog Engineer to support IC design teams with CAD flow automation, physical verification, and PDK development.
Mandatory Skills (High Proficiency):
· Cadence / Synopsys / Mentor Analog Layout Tools (5)
· Keysight / Ansys Tools (5)
· Python Scripting (3)
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer CAD/EDA environments for analog & digital design teams
· Support design flows with Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, Keysight, Ansys
· Automate verification flows & test generation using Python
· Oversee physical verification (DRC, LVS, PEX, EM/IR, ESD)
· Develop & maintain infrastructure for custom PDKs (pcells, models, decks)
· Install & track foundry PDKs, build regression testing flows
· Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure CAD/EDA performance
