We are seeking a highly skilled BIW Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of body engineering systems including BIW, Interiors, Exteriors, and High Voltage Battery Tray Assembly. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in automotive engineering, lightweight material applications, and EV manufacturing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead benchmarking, concept design, feasibility studies, 3D modeling & BOM generation.
Oversee DFMEA, DFM/DFA, DVP planning, and compliance with safety/regulatory standards.
Drive lightweight solutions with SMC, CFRP, BMC, Magnesium, and Aluminum.
Guide static, crash, durability, NVH, and CFD simulations.
Work on BIW, Closures, Interiors, Exteriors, and Seating domains.
Utilize tools such as Siemens NX, CATIA, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, CREO, ANSA, ANSYS, LS-DYNA.
🔹 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
10+ years in automotive body engineering with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of global automotive standards & validation protocols.
Hands-on with CAD/CAE tools and simulation workflows.
Prior experience in EV manufacturing preferred.
