We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to support the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to enhance and optimize Salesforce CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Develop scalable and reusable code according to best practices and Salesforce governor limits.
- Create and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
- Work with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Collaborate in Agile sprints with the QA and Admin teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events).
- Proficient in writing SOQL and SOSL queries.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with tools like VS Code, Data Loader, Workbench, and Postman.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
