Job Description: SAP Technical Program Manager
Location: Seattle, WA – (Onsite)
Note: S4 Brown implementation experience is required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with 5+ years specifically in SAP program delivery.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP cloud-based implementations (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors).
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW/BI, etc.).
- Experience working with SAP Activate methodology and/or hybrid Agile delivery models.
- Proficient in project/program management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and vendor contracts.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA).
- PMI PMP or PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Scrum Master Certification.
- Experience with global rollouts and working in regulated environments (e.g., pharma, finance, manufacturing).
- Familiarity with integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, custom apps).
Educational Qualifications:
- Required – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
- Preferred – Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel:
- Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
