🧠 About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team and drive the integration of GenAI technologies into API development, code review automation, and platform modernization efforts. You’ll work with state-of-the-art tools such as GitHub Copilot, GPT-4, and Claude Sonnet, and leverage LLMs and agentic AI solutions to streamline engineering workflows and enhance development velocity.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs leveraging GenAI capabilities.
Collaborate with platform and product teams to identify transformation opportunities using LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
Use tools like GitHub Copilot, GPT-4, and Claude Sonnet to assist in code generation, review, debugging, and optimization.
Design and build intelligent agents to support software engineering tasks such as documentation, testing, and refactoring.
Conduct code reviews and provide AI-driven recommendations for best practices and performance improvements.
Support proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and rapid prototyping using generative AI models.
Monitor AI-assisted code generation quality and contribute to prompt engineering efforts.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4, Claude Sonnet, Gemini).
Proficiency in using GitHub Copilot and other AI development tools.
Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles.
Experience in building and consuming APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, etc.).
Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern programming language.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing RAG pipelines or custom LLM fine-tuning.
Exposure to LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or other agent frameworks.
Knowledge of secure software development practices and CI/CD workflows.
Prior involvement in platform re-engineering or digital transformation initiatives.
