Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for automating Linux systems and network appliances.
- Build and optimize Python scripts to automate network operations, diagnostics, and system tasks.
- Apply AI techniques to enhance network monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant automation solutions aligned with HIPAA and other standards.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into reliable, repeatable processes.
- Apply process engineering principles to design and optimize workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Continuously improve automation workflows for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Use Git for version control and contribute to shared automation libraries and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering with deep troubleshooting expertise.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Python and Ansible for automation and scripting.
- Strong Linux configuration skills and familiarity with networking protocols
- Solid grasp of AI concepts and their practical application in network operations.
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver process-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with Git, YAML, and DevOps tools.
- Ability to automate manual processes effectively and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
