Job Title : Solutions Architect with Snowflake DBT
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-12+Months contract
Skill set: Snowflake Architecture with hands on DBT
Qualifications: 15+years of IT experience is required Minimum 10 years of data engineering experience with data warehouse and data lake projects.
At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
At least 5 years of experience with data cloud technologies. At least 2 years of experience with Snowflake, DBT, and/or Fivetran.
At least 3 years of experience in the Snowflake Ecosystem that demonstrates the breadth and depth of Snowflake capabilities and ability to provide recommendations to our customers in solving business cases. Knowledge in leveraging AI capabilities in implementing data warehouse and data lake projects.
Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making. Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint. Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
Proven track record of technical leadership roles, delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.
Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills; effectively communicating with technical and non-technical staff.
Experience in providing thought leadership to clients, creating content for the marketing team (blogs/conferences) helping to grow the Snowflake practice.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Must be open to travel.
Preferred Skills and Education:
Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams.
Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
Certification in Snowflake is preferred.
Experience with authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
Educational Qualifications:
Required – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
Preferred – Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.
Travel: Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
