We’re looking for a Snowflake Architect with deep experience in DBT, SnowSQL, and cloud data architecture to drive modernization efforts for a leading client in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and optimize Snowflake-based architecture
Lead performance tuning and transformation best practices
Conduct code reviews for DBT models and SQL scripts
Define coding standards, governance, and pipeline monitoring
Mentor engineering teams and collaborate across functions
Required Skills:
10+ years in data architecture, ETL/ELT, and performance tuning
Expert in Snowflake, DBT, SnowSQL, and SQL optimization
Familiarity with Oracle Exadata/PLSQL is a plus
Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent communication and mentorship abilities
Preferred: Snowflake Architect or DBT Certification
Experience in financial services or banking is a bonus
