Job Title: ServiceNow Sr. Technical Consultant / Sr. ITSM Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term contract
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM implementations (min. 2 full lifecycle).
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM + custom apps).
Configure/build integrations (SAP, Workday, REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, APIs).
Prepare technical design docs, execute solutions, and mentor developers.
Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and BAs for solution delivery.
Required Skills:
5+ years ServiceNow design & development experience.
Strong JavaScript/Java/programming skills.
Solid knowledge of ITIL practices.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Certifications (Must):
ServiceNow System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Preferred: ITSM)
ITIL v3
