Responsibilities
Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and agile self-organizing teams. Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify/clarify their needs and/or those of their customers.
Possess solid understanding of the system(s) they work on and other systems within the chain. The chain includes all processes, people, technology, data, services, and organizations interacting to generate customer value.
Collaborate with other team members responsible for changing and running bank activities. Ensure that changes are built, tested, deployed, and properly documented. Capture requirements (use cases/stories/features) that deliver real business value to stakeholders/customers.
Demonstrate strong banking and domain knowledge relevant to the assigned area. Provide tactical advice to senior management as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven work experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
Experience in Financial Services, covering both internal processes and customer needs
Strong data analysis and data science knowledge
Proficiency in SQL
Knowledge of lending products and processes (preferred)
