Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations that power our applications.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to build and deliver end-to-end features using React on the client side. Write clean, secure, and scalable code following best practices.
- Implement data models, optimize queries, and work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Contribute to system architecture and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to ensure reliability.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in backend engineering, ideally with exposure to full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar). Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures. Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Frontend development experience with React.js (including hooks, state management, and component architecture).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices. Strong knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
- Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with TypeScript on both frontend and backend.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
- Experience working on consumer-facing or eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and scalability
