Skill 1 – 8 + Years of exp in Project Management
Skill 2 – 5 + Years of Exp in Managing Java and microservices background projects
Experience preferred: 10+ years
Agile project management expertise for cross-functional teams.
Experience managing enterprise IT portfolios and adherence to organizational standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze project metrics, manage risks, and make data-driven decisions
Strong Technical background in backend systems, log management, Java etc
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment
Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
