Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Governance / Data Quality Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data governance tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency while driving data quality initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, monitor, and improve data quality across systems and platforms

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data quality issues

Implement and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and reliability

Work with stakeholders to promote a data-driven culture and decision-making

Support data lineage, metadata management, and data catalog initiatives

Required (Essential) Skills

Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling

Hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Alation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in data quality frameworks and data governance implementation

Familiarity with metadata management and data catalog tools

Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments
