Join the Data Platforms team supporting the Single Version of Truth (SVT) initiative, a strategic enterprise data modernization program. The organization is building a modern, scalable data platform and is looking for a Solution Architect to define architecture, guide best practices, and drive platform strategy across all Data & Analytics initiatives.
Update: Snowflake is no longer a deal breaker. The client is looking for a broader Data Platform Architect with strong architecture, platform engineering, and leadership capabilities.
Required Skills
· 10+ years of Data Architecture / Solution Architecture experience.
· Strong experience designing enterprise data platforms.
· Hands-on Python experience for POCs and technical validation.
· Expertise in Medallion Architecture, Lakehouse concepts, and Data Modeling.
· Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Iceberg/Open Table formats, or similar technologies.
· Strong SQL and dbt experience.
· Ability to evaluate technologies and recommend best-fit solutions.
· Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
· Experience leading architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
