Job Summary:
We are looking for junior to mid-level engineers with strong Java (API) and Python skills, along with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable APIs and integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.
This role is best suited for candidates with 5–7 years of experience and 2–3 years of practical exposure to GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java.
- Build and enhance backend services using Python.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions into applications and workflows.
- Work with LLM-based systems for tasks like text generation, summarization, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java (API development).
- Hands-on experience with Python.
- 2–3 years of experience working with Generative AI / LLMs.
- Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, or AI-based workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Exposure to frameworks/tools like LangChain, OpenAI, or similar GenAI ecosystems.
