Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications built with C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs in n-tier architecture environments.
  • Strong experience developing and supporting responsive web applications utilizing HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle database development including database design, PL/SQL programming, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, table creation, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integrations, including development of secure .NET web services using WCF, SOAP/REST APIs, message queue processing, DLL/package management, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) implementations.
  • Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab for source code management, version control, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Strong collaboration experience working with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions within established timelines.
  • Experience developing and maintaining healthcare applications involving HIPAA-compliant Protected Health Information (PHI), including HL7 and FHIR integrations.
  • Experience implementing user provisioning, authentication, and authorization solutions using OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Management technologies.
