- Design, implement, and maintain Zscaler security solutions, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with enterprise environments.
- Develop, manage, and troubleshoot Zscaler policies, including security and access policies, to enforce the organization’s security requirements.
- Create, update, and optimize PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) files for efficient and secure internet traffic routing.
- Configure and manage application profiles and forwarding profiles to support business applications and ensure secure connectivity.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Zscaler and network security technologies to recommend and implement best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in deploying and managing Zscaler solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Zscaler policies, configurations, PAC files, application profiles, and forwarding profiles.
- Solid foundation in general network security concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Professional, CCNP Security) are an added advantage.
