About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Process Automation Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise AI and business process automation solutions. This role focuses on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy AI agents, copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft AI tools.
Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports, and SharePoint solutions.
Integrate AI with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, SQL, and approved enterprise systems.
Lead discovery sessions, translate business needs into technical solutions, and train business owners.
Ensure secure, compliant, and governed solutions aligned with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, and Power Platform governance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years in application development, enterprise integration, or business process automation.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and generative AI solutions (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, or similar).
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365/SharePoint, Power BI, Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON, and Power Fx.
Proven ability to own full solution lifecycle and train non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated industries (government contracting, healthcare, health insurance, financial services).
Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, FISMA, NIST, and formal SDLC controls.
Experience with Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Microsoft Fabric, or advanced agent orchestration.
Microsoft certifications such as AI-102, PL-400, or PL-600.
