Job Description:
- Bachelors’ degree with 10+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Python-based backend/service development
- Exposure to workflow orchestration systems (Temporal preferred)
- Proven experience building and operating scalable microservices in production
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts (retries, idempotency, fault tolerance)
- Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment
- Experience designing and debugging long-running, workflow-driven processes
- Ability to work across both application and infrastructure layers
- Familiarity with Kubernetes deployments, observability, and asynchronous processing
