Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations by defining high-level architecture standards and governing complex multi-org environments. Act as the primary technical authority to ensure scalability, security, and high performance across the Salesforce platform for News Corp.
Own end-to-end solution designs and approve technical roadmaps while managing architectural risks and data governance. Partner with business leaders to align Salesforce capabilities with corporate strategy and mentor technical teams on best practices. Design and govern seamless integrations using APIs and middleware to support large-data-volume and high-availability systems.
