• Support PTC’s solution delivery team in coordinating SAP BRIM activities within the UBOS program
• Deliver functional designs and configurations for BRIM and FICA capabilities, including payments, dunnings, collections, account determinations, and CI/GL integrations.
• Lead functional testing efforts, review test scripts, validate results, and resolve defects across BRIM/FICA processes.
• Assist BRIM architects with configuration tasks, including business partner/contract account setup, correspondence, and event framework updates.
• Provide BRIM/FICA process expertise to the testing team for scenario design and test data creation.
• Support the data team with BRIM/FICA data mapping, translation rules, cross reference maintenance, and open item conversion.
• Contribute to cutover planning, readiness activities, and FICA related migration tasks.
• Maintain Azure DevOps work items, documentation, and progress tracking for BRIM/FICA deliverables.
• Provide post go live support for FICA processes, including monitoring payment interfaces, dunning runs, settlement jobs, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, Business Rule Framework plus (BRF+) rules, correspondence forms, and integration with external payment providers.
• Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring FICA configuration aligns with financial controls and reporting requirements.
• Fully document all created work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs and diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices for others to follow, plus any other documentation as required by the Commission. This documentation shall follow the format and / or templates as instructed by the Commission.
• Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
• Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.
• Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.
• Adhere to and follow all The Commission standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.
• Perform tasks and other duties as related to this position and role and assigned by the Commission.
Minimum Experience/Skillset
• Experience with at least one full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation required.
• 5+ years as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA expertise (8+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of FICA processes: payments, dunning, collections, interest, open item management, and integration with CI/GL.
• Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA related enhancements is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
Desired Skillset
• 3+ years of SAP BRIM experience preferred.
• Additional beneficial skills include:
• Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
• ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
Certifications / Education
• SAP S/4HANA BRIM certifications (BR230/BR234) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
Engagement Requirements
• Candidate’s location is preferred to be within the Continental United States.
• The work location will be virtual/remote until further notice. When required to be onsite, the work location will be at either The Commission Central Administration Building located at 700 South Eisenhower Boulevard in Middletown, PA, or The Commission Turnpike Industrial Park location located at 2850 Turnpike Industrial Drive, Middletown, PA.
• The resource shall attend onsite meetings at one of the Commission Middletown PA locations for 1 week per month based on the schedule set by the Commission.
• In-person interviews or work sessions with stakeholders will be conducted at the Commission facilities in Middletown, PA.
• The resource may be required to provide onsite post go-live support activities at one of the Commission Middletown PA locations. This includes one or more one-to-two week tours of duty onsite on a rotating basis with other team members. The post go-live support period is planned for the six months beginning immediately after the UBOS is “live” with active customers.
