Job Title: SharePoint Lead
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Development

M365 AvePoint Or Other Backup Administration

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in SharePoint enterprise environments with at least 3 years in a Lead/Senior Developer role.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using React, TypeScript, and Microsoft Graph API.
Strong expertise in SharePoint Online administration, governance, compliance, and data protection.
Experience with managed metadata, content types, hub sites, enterprise search, site templates, and modern SharePoint architecture.
Hands-on experience with PnP PowerShell and PnP provisioning framework for automation, governance, auditing, and site management.
Strong experience with Microsoft Purview including:
- Retention policies & retention labels
- Adaptive scopes
- DLP policy implementation & tuning
- Sensitivity labels & auto-labeling
- Records management & compliance frameworks
Experience with permissions auditing, inheritance remediation, and tenant-wide access governance.
Hands-on experience administering M365 backup solutions such as AvePoint, Veeam, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and responsive/accessibility standards.
Experience with AI-driven M365 solutions such as Copilot for M365, SharePoint Agents, or Viva Topics is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
