Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and adaptable System Analyst to provide production support for QC and Fraud applications. The role involves issue resolution, production validation testing, stakeholder communication, technical analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess strong database and analytical skills with the ability to support complex production environments.
Responsibilities
Provide dedicated production support for QC and Fraud applications.
Maintain understanding of multiple QC and Fraud systems to provide backup support as needed.
Monitor and manage communication with internal and external customers through shared mailboxes.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while coordinating defect resolution.
Perform production validation testing during weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
Support production deployments with flexible scheduling.
Collaborate with analysts and developers across application teams.
Conduct technical research and data analysis to resolve production issues effectively.
Utilize database expertise for troubleshooting and data-driven decision-making.
Key Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
Flexible to work extended hours, including weekends and nights, as required.
Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies.
Proficiency in SQL, Dremio, and Snowflake.
Familiarity with database structures, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Basic coding knowledge is a plus.
Good understanding of system architecture and application workflows.
