Testing Essential Skills: Performance Testing Skills: Performance Testing Experience Required: 7 + Years Job Description
• Experience developing performance engineering standards, strategies, and best practices.
• Expertise designing and executing load, stress, endurance, scalability, and benchmark testing for distributed applications.
* Advanced root cause analysis skills utilizing
JVM analysis, thread dumps, heap dumps, database diagnostics, infrastructure monitoring, and observability tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Strong knowledge of Java, APls, microservices, Message Queues, containerized applications, and cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and implementing shift-left performance testing.
• Strong expertise performance testing and tuning distributed applications deployed on OpenShift/Kubernetes or similar platforms.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, Broadcom DX, Open Telemetry, Dynatrace, or similar solutions.
