Salesforce Lead Technical Architect (Salesforce CTA)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives from solution design through successful delivery. This is a strategic architecture leadership role—not a hands-on development position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture across complex transformation programs
Serve as the final technical authority for architecture decisions
Partner with executives, clients, and delivery teams to define scalable solutions
Drive solution design, technical governance, estimations, proposal reviews, and pre-sales activities
Design secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions
Required Skills:
Active Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
Strong consulting background with firms such as IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Cognizant, Capgemini, or similar
Deep expertise across Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Industry Clouds
Enterprise integration experience with APIs, OAuth, event-driven architecture, MuleSoft, Kafka, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, and mainframe integrations
Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery
Strong background in AI/LLM solutions including Agentforce, RAG, chatbots, AI orchestration, governance, and production AI implementations
Experience leading enterprise transformation programs valued at $10M+
Knowledge of enterprise security, disaster recovery, scalability, compliance, observability, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, and CI/CD
Preferred:
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Government, or other regulated industries
Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, or Cloud certifications
