- 15+ years of enterprise SAP data migration experience.
- 4+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (Greenfield preferred).
- Extensive experience migrating data from Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and other non-SAP systems into SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong expertise across Finance, Supply Chain, HR/HCM, Plant Maintenance, and Master Data.
- Hands-on experience with ETL, data reconciliation, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
- Experience working in regulated environments with compliance standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and FedRAMP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both executive leadership and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic guidance for SAP S/4HANA data migration initiatives.
- Review and challenge System Integrator migration strategies where appropriate.
- Define migration architecture, tools, governance, and best practices.
- Coordinate client-side data migration activities across multiple workstreams.
- Drive data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
- Perform independent risk assessments and support post-go-live hypercare.
- Ensure compliance with customer standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle EBS migration experience.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms.
- SAP S/4HANA or SAP Data Migration certifications.
